COVID-19 in Malaysia : 639562 Cases, 556030 Discharged, 3684 Dead

Malaysia reported 5671 new COVID-19 cases and 73 deaths, but discharged 7325 patients who fully recovered!

COVID-19 In Malaysia : 7325 Patients Discharged!

On 10 June 2021, the Malaysia Ministry of Health announced that another 7325 patients fully recovered from COVID-19, and were discharged today!

That means a total of 556,030 COVID-19 patients have fully recovered in Malaysia so far! That’s a recovery rate of 86.9%.

 

COVID-19 In Malaysia : 5671 New Cases!

The third wave continues with 5671 new COVID-19 cases in Malaysia!

This raises the total number of COVID-19 cases in Malaysia to 639,562, with 79,848 active cases – a massive drop of 1,727 cases!

They also shared that there are 6 additional patients in the ICU – 911 cases right now, but 9 additional patients requiring respiratory support – 462 cases right now.

Here is the breakdown of COVID-19 cases in Malaysia, according to states.

Selangor is at the top with 208,845 cases, followed by Kuala Lumpur with 65,346 cases, Sabah with 65,021 cases, and Johor with 63,346 cases.

 

COVID-19 In Malaysia : 73 Deaths Today

The Malaysia Ministry of Health announced 73 deaths today!

That means a total of 3,684 people have died from COVID-19 in Malaysia – a mortality rate of 0.58%.

 

Day 30 Of MCO 3.0 In Malaysia

Today marks the 30th day of the MCO 3.0 which will last until 14 June 2021.

Under MCO 3.0, inter-district and interstate travel are forbidden, but businesses are allowed to operate, subject to SOP.
