COVID-19 in Malaysia : 673026 Cases, 600935 Discharged, 4142 Dead

Malaysia reported 5150 new COVID-19 cases and 73 deaths, but discharged 7240 patients who fully recovered!

COVID-19 In Malaysia : 7240 Patients Discharged!

On 16 June 2021, the Malaysia Ministry of Health announced that another 7240 patients fully recovered from COVID-19, and were discharged today!

That means a total of 600,935 COVID-19 patients have fully recovered in Malaysia so far! That’s a recovery rate of 89.3%.

 

COVID-19 In Malaysia : 5150 New Cases!

The third wave continues with 5150 new COVID-19 cases in Malaysia!

This raises the total number of COVID-19 cases in Malaysia to 673,026, with 67,949 active cases – a huge drop of 2,163 cases!

They also shared that there are 2 additional patients in the ICU – 924 cases right now, and 3 additional patients requiring respiratory support – 453 cases right now.

Selangor is at the top with 220,391 cases, followed by Kuala Lumpur with 68,849 cases, Sabah with 66,730 cases, and Johor with 65,827 cases.
