COVID-19 in Malaysia : 751979 Cases, 682680 Discharged, 5170 Dead

Malaysia reported 6276 new COVID-19 cases and 62 deaths, but discharged 4929 patients who fully recovered!

COVID-19 In Malaysia : 4929 Patients Discharged!

On 30 June 2021, the Malaysia Ministry of Health announced that another 4929 patients fully recovered from COVID-19, and were discharged today!

That means a total of 682,680 COVID-19 patients have fully recovered in Malaysia so far! That’s a recovery rate of 90.8%.

 

COVID-19 In Malaysia : 6276 New Cases!

The third wave continues with 6276 new COVID-19 cases in Malaysia!

This raises the total number of COVID-19 cases in Malaysia to 751,979, with 64,129 active cases – a huge increase of 1285 cases!

They also shared that there are no additional patients in the ICU – 905 cases right now, and 3 fewer patients requiring respiratory support – 452 cases right now.

COVID-19 In Malaysia : Cases Breakdown By State

Here is the breakdown of COVID-19 cases in Malaysia, according to states.

Selangor is at the top with 248,751 cases, followed by Kuala Lumpur with 77,678 cases, Johor with 70,824 cases, and Sabah with 69,445 cases.

 

COVID-19 In Malaysia : 62 Deaths Today

The Malaysia Ministry of Health announced 62 deaths today!

That means a total of 5,170 people have died from COVID-19 in Malaysia – a mortality rate of 0.69%.

 

Day 50 Of MCO 3.0 In Malaysia

Today marks the 50th day of the MCO 3.0 which will last indefinitely.

Under MCO 3.0, inter-district and interstate travel are forbidden, but businesses are allowed to operate, subject to SOP.
