Almost a thousand Malaysian fans of the Korean superstar, Lee Kwang-soo, gathered to catch a glimpse (and more) of their idol at Suria KLCC yesterday when he dropped by for the official launch of the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge smartphone. Even in the cordoned-off media area, it was so packed it felt like a sauna.

His fans were so enamoured, some of them came as early as 3 am to book the best places. Fortunately, security was tight. When he went around to shake hands with his fans, they almost started off a stampede. The MC had to rein in their enthusiasm. Check it out!

Lee Kwang-soo is the ambassador of the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, and he flew down to Kuala Lumpur to promote the Galaxy S7 edge, and meet his Malaysian fans. Later today, he will appear again to kick-off the official sale of the Galaxy S7 edge in Suria KLCC.

A hundred of his most die-hard fans managed to get exclusive tickets to meet and greet Lee Kwang-soo, and get his autograph! I managed to snag one of those tickets… Lucky me!

Lee Kwang-soo was a really nice guy. Even though his handlers kept insisting that we are not allowed to take photos with him, he readily offered to snap photos with his fans.
