Malaysia-Singapore Land VTL (Causeway) Travel Guide!

There is now a Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) for land travel between Singapore and Malaysia at the Johor Causeway!

Here is what you need to know about the Singapore to Malaysia Vaccinated Travel Lane by land!

Singapore-Malaysia VTL By Land Kicked Off!

After almost 2 years of border closures, Singapore and Malaysia agreed to launch a Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) on 8 November 2021.

At first, this was only by air – between Changi Airport and KLIA, but that was expanded to include the Johor Causeway as well!

From 29 November 2021 onwards, fully-vaccinated individuals will be allowed to travel between Changi Airport and KLIA, and across the Johor Causeway.

Travellers using these Vaccinated Travel Lanes will NOT be required to serve any quarantine or Stay-Home-Notice. They will only be required to take COVID-19 tests!

However, I should point out that this VTL scheme is NOT cheap, as you will need to undergo several COVID-19 tests.
